Singapore Erotic Massage

Looking for a sensual massage in Singapore?

It’s said that Singapore’s adult industry has over 100 ‘Male Health Centers’, which is the polite official term for a massage parlour with extras on the menu. Indeed, it’s pretty much impossible to navigate the Lorongs of Geylang without encountering parlours where sex can be purchased for as little as S$50.

Behind many innocuous shopfronts lie massage parlours offering “happy endings” and more. As of 2025, these establishments range from discreet Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinics in heartland neighborhoods to neon-lit spas in downtown malls.

By some insider estimates, “more than half of [all] massage places in Singapore will offer extras” behind closed doors – even if they display a big sign out front vowing to “report you to the police” for asking. We can’t verify those numbers, but the myriad of Reddit/forum ‘field reports’ makes it sound about right.

In this guide, we’ll explore the current landscape of sensual massage parlours in the Lion City, including where to find them, what to expect.

The Adult Massage Scene in Singapore

Erotic Massage in SIngapore

After a brutally slow period in 2020–21, Singapore’s sensual massage industry has finally bounced back from Covid.

Foreign masseuses have returned in droves, and new parlours have popped up, even in sleepy heartland estates where we never saw them before.

A government scheme giving out CDC vouchers (community vouchers for locals to spend) inadvertently made headlines when certain heartland parlours began accepting them as payment for massage services.

These shops were caught advertising “Yes, we take CDC vouchers!” – effectively letting clients use government coupons for, ahem, prostate massages. (Of course, the extra services still had to be paid in cash as tips to the therapist, but the audacity of it raised eyebrows!).

Authorities responded that any merchant caught allowing vouchers for illicit activities would be removed from the scheme. Well… no shit, right?!

Whatever the case, in Singaporesexual services in massage establishments are illegal

Licensed massage businesses are not supposed to offer anything beyond therapy, and yes… police do conduct raids on those flouting the rules. However, these operations still persist semi-openly.

And it’s basically an open secret.

The industry has faced several shake-ups in recent years (beyond Covid). In mid-2023, the infamous Orchard Towers – once known as “Four Floors of Whores” (for its concentration of bars and massage parlours – had its nighttime entertainment licenses revoked, effectively ending its run as a red-light hub… and a massive playground for erotic massage joints.

How The Parlours Work

One of the things to understand before setting foot inside Singapore’s sensual massage parlours is that the actual ‘spa’ facilities… are normally pretty poor.

These massage venues are basically fronts for prostitution and sexual services.

In order to stay on the right side of the law, it’s necessary to provide the health centre facilities that many of the parlours will insist is the ‘true’ nature of their business.

While everybody knows that people looking for a spa-like treatment are not going to venture in to a Geylang sex den, everybody is happy to go along with it.

When you visit these venues, you can expect a standard massage that takes an erotic turn at some point before it finishes. Usually after about 15 minutes of token body rubbing.

The masseuse will eventually let her hands wander long enough to gauge your reaction, and if it isn’t to arrest her, then chances are you’ll get access to her menu of additional sexual services.

Can I get full sex in an adult massage parlour?

Probably.

(There isn’t much you can’t get in a Geylang massage shop.)

The standard adult service provided is a handjob (sometimes referred to as Da Fei Chi), or oral sex.

If full sex is available, it will likely cost anywhere between S$75 to S$150. Oral is slightly cheaper. A hand job will cost around $30-$50. Oh, and don’t forget the price of your massage! 😉

Where to Find Happy-Ending Massage Parlours

Erotic massage parlours in Singapore aren’t confined to shady back-alleys… in fact, they’re often hiding in plain sight.

These locations have consistently popped up in forum discussions and reviews as ‘viable’ options in 2025. We’ll let you do your own research, but needless to say, YMMV.

Downtown Core & Orchard Road

Singapore’s city center hosts several discreet parlours tucked amid shopping complexes and commercial buildings.

In Orchard Road – the main shopping belt – you’re probably not gonna see open solicitation, but upper floors of some buildings host “spa & wellness” centers that are definitely pushing the envelope.

TL Beauty Wellness

A well-known spot in Orchard with good reviews, this spa has a roster of international masseuses (China, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.) and even offers a “Korean Bubble Foam Massage” for a slippery good time. Rates are about S$58–$86/hour depending on the treatment, and it’s open daily ~10:30am–10:30pm.

Lollipop Massage in Singapore

Lollipop Massage is actually an outcall service that is based out of Orchard Road. You can make an appointment and the masseuse will come to your private apartment or hotel.

Services include full body massage, lingam massage, tantric massage, and other varieties of tantra treatments.

Orchard Towers & Cuppage Plaza

Historically, Orchard Towers (400 Orchard Rd) was a go-to for after-hours body rubs, with several dubious massage joints operating alongside its notorious bars.

However, since late 2023 most nightlife there has been given the banhammer treatment by authorities. It’s best avoided now. Cuppage Plaza and Cuppage Center (off Koek Road) still have a couple of Japanese and Thai massage dens popular with those in the know.

From what we can see, these are targeted at Japanese clientele or expats, throwing up a bunch of soapy massage style services (like the famous Soaplands of Tokyo).

They are often pricy and low-profile… look for subtle ads or trawl Reddit for punter reports.

Beach Road / Bugis

Around Beach Road, there’s 43 Spa (Beach Rd), which offers Thai massage with a twist. Prices are around $68/ hour for Thai-oil massage, and they have several Thai and PRC therapists on staff. No mention of anything sexual, but check out the photos… usually a pretty obvious sign-post, right?

In the same area, on North Bridge Road or Purvis Street, you might spot other “wellness” centers with drawn curtains.

Chinatown isn’t far away either; in the Chinatown/Tanjong Pagar zone, places like Li Xin Beauty Wellness (30 Sago St) can be found in shophouses offering Chinese-style massage and ear-pinking ($68/hour) with some not-so-subtle happy endings in the Male-dominated reviews.

The Chinatown area parlours often advertise younger Chinese therapists and stay open until 10pm (and beyond).

River Valley & Chinatown

The River Valley stretch has turned into a popular little enclave for upscale erotic spas.

Venues like Zhong Spa (282 River Valley Rd)Valley Spa (411 River Valley Rd), and Forever You Spa (234 River Valley Rd) are popular with the punters.

Most charge around S$60–$70/hour for massage… as a starting point… and have attractive line-ups of (mostly) China/Vietnam therapists.

It’s a mix of venues, mostly private apartments converted into small spa studios. Chinatown proper, especially around People’s Park Complex and Mosque Street, also has a few foot reflexology shops that quietly offer “special” services off the menu.

Geylang & East Side

Geylang is Singapore’s officially sanctioned red-light district, although it’s actually better known for brothels than massages. Who needs to beat around the bush here?

Along Geylang Road and its lorongs (lanes), the action is more about direct sexual services in licensed houses. However, massage parlours do exist in Geylang too – and from what we can see, they are mostly found in nearby areas like Mountbatten and Joo Chiat:

  • Genki Spa (27 Geylang Road) – Yeah, don’t be fooled by the Japanese name; Genki Spa is run by the usual crew of PRC and Southeast Asian masseuses. It’s noted for a surprisingly decent massage and reliably “happy” endings. Prices hover in the ~$60/hour range, and they close around midnight. Being right on Geylang Road, expect the usual mix of local and foreign clients warming up before hitting the brothels or KTVs.
Genki Spa Massage
  • DY Spa (692 Geylang Rd) – A newer entrant (as of 2025) on the east end of Geylang Road, DY Spa offers “Basic Spa Packages” at S$68/hour with extended hours until 11:30pm. Their ads feature young Chinese and Vietnamese girls… not much ambiguity here. The setup and pricing are similar to downtown spas, but here you’re essentially in the red-light district.
  • Joo Chiat / Katong – The Joo Chiat area (just east of Geylang) historically had many Vietnamese hostess bars and massage shops. Today, a few hang on. You might find a “Vietnam Spa” or two along Joo Chiat Road or Tanjong Katong, often marked by neon signs and curtains. One example we found is Bliss Spa (524 Geylang Rd) which is technically in Joo Chiat territory – said to offer a more girlfriend experience approach (the masseuses chat and flirt more). The eastern suburb of Katong also has innocuous-looking foot reflexology centers that definitely serve up extras based on their not-so-subtle advertising!

Heartland Hidden Gems

One of the biggest changes in recent years is the spread of erotic massage to Singapore’s heartlands – the residential new towns far from downtown.

Don’t assume you’ve gotta go to Geylang or Orchard for a happy ending; chances are there’s a discrete spot within 10 minutes of your HDB flat. These suburban shops are often styled as TCM wellness centers or beauty salons to blend into the neighborhood and avoid drawing unwanted attention.

Ang Mo Kio & Toa Payoh (North/Central)

In dense heartland estates like AMK and Toa Payoh, parlours operate out of neighborhood shopping blocks.

A quirky standout is Imperial Ear Pavilion (Blk 715 Ang Mo Kio Ave 6), open till 2:00am, which specializes in “Fancy Ear Picking” – yes, cleaning your ears with delicate tools – alongside body massages.

Imperial Ear Pavilion

Check it out on Youtube, it’s actually pretty sensual! They charge ~$68 for 60min ear + head therapy, and while ear grooming is the gimmick, we’re pretty sure you might find the usual happy ending as well.

Another is Fu Zu Wellness (Toa Payoh Lorong 1) offering foot reflexology and full-body massage. thhe shops have a mix of middle-aged local masseuses and younger foreign girls. You might actually get a decent foot massage or back-crack before any of the fun stuff happens (if it does).

Bukit Merah & Clementi (West/Central)

The Bukit Merah/Tiong Bahru zone (just south of downtown) has become a hotbed of “housing estate” parlours.

Names like JAS Spa (38 Telok Blangah Rise) and Nice Wellness TCM (111 Jalan Bukit Merah) come up on punter boards, although we could only gather very limited intel.

They are embedded in HDB retail blocks, which is a draw for the after-work crowd. Expect the usual ~$60–$70/hr rates, Mandarin greetings at the door, and therapists who might be in demure polo tee uniforms (to avoid suspicion).

Out west in Clementi or Jurong, similar setups exist. Wei Spa (Jurong East) and SPA M (Telok Blangah) are examples.

Jurong & Woodlands (Far West/North)

Yep, even the far reaches of Singapore have options.

Blue Ocean Spa (Blk 350 Jurong East Ave 1) is a popular western Singapore haunt.

They open early (9am) and close by 10:30pm, serving everyone from jurong industrial workers to the curious young men from NTU. With a large lineup of girls from China, Thailand, Vietnam, etc., Blue Ocean tries to be a full-service relaxation stop (minus intercourse).

Over in the north, Yishun and Woodlands have their share of “Thai spas” in neighborhood malls – usually one or two in each town. They aren’t widely reviewed online (well… from what we could see), but Reddit users have hinted that “literally… just find a run-down mall and it’s actually hard not to find one”offering happy endings.

Probably sound advice, but YMMV.

If you decide to wander around older shopping complexes in heartlands looking for a happy ending, look for telltale pink/neon “Massage” signs or interestingly-dressed young Asian women. Chances are, you’ve stumbled on a ‘naughty’ massage parlour.

As you can see, erotic massage is pretty widespread throughout Singapore. Certainly more than it used to be.

Singapore Health Centers: What to Expect

There are a few things we should point out about your typical ‘health centers’ in Singapore.

First of all, the massage itself… is it any good?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. One of the strangely consistent rules we’ve noticed is that the more attractive your masseuse is, the less likely you’ll get a good massage.

It’s some kind of natural selection that the worst looking girls provide a much better experience as far as sensual relaxation goes.

You win some, you lose some.

How do I know that it will definitely lead to a happy ending?

You just need to have a little patience.

The girls in these parlours earn next to nothing for the standard massage fee. Most of it goes to the house. It won’t take your masseuse long to get to the moment where she is asking in your ear if you’d like any ‘special’ extras.

The extras menu is where she makes her money, and presumably why you came, so don’t worry — it won’t take long to get there.

Are the rooms private?

Worried about your privacy?

Well, you probably should be.

The door of the room where you receive the massage legally cannot be locked due to regulations governing a Singapore health centre’s license.

In addition, the walls are as thin as cardboard and any moaning or groaning is likely to be heard by anybody walking or waiting nearby.

Does that put your mind at ease?

Probably not.

While the most common extra service is a hand job (which is low risk), if you do receive or engage in anything beyond that – insist on protection. It will probably be her doing the insisting.

For oral, many places will only do covered blowjobs (CBJ) by default. Full sex is uncommon at massage parlours, but if it happens or you frequent places where that line blurs, always use a condom. Singapore has a fairly low rate of STIs in the regulated sex industry, but it’s not zero. Better safe than sorry.

Classifieds and Personals Ads

You don’t have to visit a massage shop or a health center to get a body rub in Singapore.

You could simply head online and browse through the many classified and personal ads posted on sites like Locanto or Backpage.

Locanto Singapore (Good For Outcalls)

Locanto is one of the top classified ads sites in Singapore and it can usually be relied on for erotic massage postings. 999+ results, in fact, at the time of writing!

As you can see, there are plenty of filters that will turn up interesting ads:

  • Nude massage
  • Body rubs and nuru
  • Full body massage
  • Tantra sessions
  • Prostate massage
  • Doorstep massage
  • Shiatsu release

The majority of the masseuses on Locanto are in their mid 20s or early 30s. It’s a mix of both in calls and outcalls.

The site also hosts a number of ads offering erotic massage for ladies.
